    Beech Forest

    This is the 36X48 painting. On line at overstock art.com the larger painting showed as more gold than orange. The painting sent to me is very orange, not gold at all. I've bought about 10 paintings from this vendor over the years and this is the first time I was disappointed. Too much hassle to return it. I'll probably try to sell it at a garage sale or give it away. I have two more paintings coming. Hopefully, those paintings are closer to what is shown on line. I did speak to Amanda on the phone and her explanation is that because these are all hand painted, some will look different than others. I would have appreciated that disclosure up front and not in some small print. Even so, what is shown on their website and what was sent to me is dramatically different.
