The Italian cafe scene that I purchased is very nice - vibrant colors and the texture that only oil can offer. I ordered one of their recommended frames and it was extremely disappointing, hence the reason for a mediocre rating. The frame doesn't appear to be made from wood at all, and is most likely compressed sawdust or some other material. The finish was such a high-gloss that the overall appearance was of a cheap plastic frame, certainly not worth the $99.00 that I paid for it. I had to bring the painting to a local framer and i'm sure it will dramatically improve the overall appearance of this very nice oil painting.
