I purchased a painting of Boating on the Seine and a frame. When I attempted to purchase the painting online. The website was giving me allot of trouble, every time I clicked on the purchase bar, It would state error, so I kept repeating the process until I received a confirmation of the payment going through. However, during the holidays I was traveling extensively and was very busy during that period of time, soon after I noticed I was being charged a duplicate amount of $109.00, even though I purchased only one painting. I called Overstock Paintings and explained the issue. they stated that they had tried to reach me by Email but since I was on the road for many days I hadn't been checking my email and had no idea that I had been charged for a second painting. Since then I have received my refund of $ 109.00. I don't understand how this can happen. I am not sure if it was my desktop computer that was a problem or their website, but it resulted in a confusing mess!
